Only tree days away! I both want the time to go fast and slow, really hard to decide :). It’s just like Christmas, you want time to make everything ready but at the same time you want them to start now because you are so exited
The workouts are really fun and cool to see some new stuff
Workout 1: Can’t wait to max in clean and jerk, especially because it’s the first workout and the body is fresh
Workout 2: Is just going to be fun!
Workout 3: It’s going to taste blood! Love this one
Workout 4: For this one I’m going to need me people cheering me on
Day 2, Workout 5: Stay focused!!!! Love this on to
Workout 6 and 7: Pain….. But it’s still one of my favorite
Last on workout 8: Have never tried the yoke carry before, and I’m a little bit afraid off all that weight! But just keep our core activated and everything will be fine
Hope to see most of you people at Sätrahallen this weekend!
I promise a good show.
Here is on pic from the final event at 2011 Swedish championship. If I had on wish, I would wish that these girls would compete with me this weekend
Last weekend I competed at Stockholm’s biggest summer competition called Solid Open. It was two days outside competition with 5 events, and we just know three off them before we went to sleep at Friday night I had a lot of fun with awesome people !!!

Can’t wait to get back in the game and I have a feeling that this outside competition is going to be AWESOME! Just crossing my fingers for good weather!
This morning i worked on my technique for my power cleans and here is a video off me doing 3 reps with 70kg.
Did a PR in clean and jerk last week and with out any pain!
Need to work on my jerk
Finally competing again!! This weekend I will compete in my first competition after my surgery. The competition is MK open and hosted by Måndagsklubben in Falun and there are almost 100 girls that are gonna compete. I am so excited and the wods are really fun and not too heavy for my back. I’m just gonna enjoy and be aware of how my back feels and don’t risk anything. It will be awesome to meet all the great crossfit people and just enjoy the community.
And it’s my very first outside competition 😎
I knew all along that I would have to make a difficult decisions and that it would be difficult to accept it. Especially when I got the letter sent from CrossFit HQ, with an invitation to regionals. Thought to myself that maybe I could compete and just look at it as a practice and just taking it easy and have fun, but then I realized rather quickly that there is no way that I could stand there and not do my very best. So this is actually very simple, if I compete at regionals I am only going to get disappointed with my performance, because I have not managed to get in my best shape after the surgery and it would also increase the risk to move a vertebrae that has just been put to his right place 😊 And if I do not compete, I can but all my focus on getting better for next season and work on my weaknesses 😊
So last week I started my new program, and I am very excited for the upcoming workout season. I started with some tests and it went much better than I thought, so here I will add a few videos of my tests 😊
By the way the milkfree month is going well, except how much i miss cheese! But I can not say I feel much change, since I have only been doing this for two weeks 😉
